Payment processing :
Cash Deposit - We can identify and reload your account within the same day. 
Cheque Deposit - Processing time for the cheque clearance are as below : 
~House cheque - 2-3 days for cheque & bank-in at the same bank
~Local cheque - 3-4 days for other bank cheque
~Outstation cheque - 4-5 days for outstation cheque

B.  Interbank Funds Transfer ( Online Banking )

Interbank Fund Transfer can be made online, through various banking facilities.

Payments steps :

1) Choose payment methods> Interbank Funds Transfer

2) Select payment amount

3) Print out the payment confirmation page

4) Select link to yourbank to make payment

5) Attach the payment proof and fax to us (04-423 9197) or email (qprsb@equalitypr.com).

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Your Prepaid Reloads will be transferred or Automatic Reload to your Prepaid Account based on the following and after receiving the “Payment Info” and NOT according to the time of your bank-in transaction.

Cash or ATM Transfer:

Within 1 hour (from time received “Payment Info”).

Monday – Friday (9.00am – 6.00pm) Except Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.

If “Payment Info” received after 6.00pm, Prepaid Reloads will be credited next working day.

Online Banking:

The online transfer can be done at anytime of the day but the Prepaid Reloads will be credited only after received the payment proof by fax: (604-4239197) or email: (qprsb@equalitypr.com).

Cheque:

Once cheque cleared. Between 3 – 5 working days. Please contact Hotline Service at 6 0 4 – 4239197 or 012-5579197 ,  if your Prepaid Reloads Top-Up is not credited within 1 hour (for bank in cash only) after you have done the “Payment Info”.
