how to top up PREPAID RELOADS?

AUTO - Digi, Celcom Airtime, Hotlink, MOBIF, MOBALEX, MolePOINTS.

SMS/EMAIL PIN - INTERNET JARING, TMNET(starter/reload), ITALK MOBILE(RING_RING), DIGI CHATZ, e-GaMES ONLINE.

If you need to top-up your Prepaid Reloads(min.RM10), please follow the procedure below:

PAYMENT INFO

1.     Bank-in Cash or Cheque.

2.     Online Banking Transfer
Once you have done either one of the above, follow the steps in “Payment Instruction” below.
Payment Instruction:
  • Logon to http://www.equalitypr.com.         
  • Click "Contact Us" to fill up the “Product Enquiry”.        
  • Enter all required information,eg. Products Purchased,For Auto/Top-Up Pin - Correct HP Number.Bank-in Details Payment Info etc.
  • Click “Send”.
Prepaid Reloads will be credited based on the following:

Cash:

  • Within 1 hour (from time received “Contact Us”).
  • Monday – Friday (9.00am – 6.00pm) Except Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
  • If “Contact Us: Product Enquiry” received after 6.00pm, Prepaid Reloads will be credited next working day.      

 Online Banking:

  • The online transfer can be done at anytime of the day but the Prepaid Reloads will be credited(auto)/sms/email  the pin only after received the payment proof.
  • Tel / Fax / scan & email your payment proof for verification to: Fax : 04-423 9197

Cheque:

  • Once cheque cleared. Between 3 – 5 working days.
