2 Day Course Resolving Conflicts in the Workplace Time: 9 am ~5pm / Venue: Hotel/s in PJ Of all the challenges managers are least equipped to deal with, interpersonal, intra-office conflicts top the list. Managers often lack objectivity when conflicts arise because they lack the skills to transcend the tension. This workshop empowers the manager to offer resolution rather than siding with the party nearest his ideological bent or worse yet, ignoring the conflict and hoping that it will go away. Objectives : Distinguish between two major parties / sources of conflict: personality clashes and work structure problems Identify positive and negative impacts of conflicts Establish a cooperative atmosphere for resolving conflicts when they arise.
