1 | Project Manager | General Purpose To manage the delivery of projects, providing business infrastructure solutions and services To ensure that projects are managed: - to maintain schedule, estimated cost within planned scope, with the highest degree of customer /end-user satisfaction. - in accordance with defined project scope and targets.
Main Responsibility Areas Plans and manages project deliverables, costs, schedules and activities within different project phases. Leads, manages and coaches specialists/vendors assigned to the project. Sets project objectives, reviews and evaluates performance and provides feedback to line manager. Manages processes within defined project management methodology. Ensures project delivered whilst meeting technical, quality, cost and timescale targets.
You are expected to manage the customer’s expectations, develop and actively engage customers, so as to enhance customer intimacy and influence their alignment with Nokia's IT strategy, and to achieve customer satisfaction. You must be able to appreciate the business of the business owners/customers especially for the project(s) that you are managing. You will be advising customers on best practices in exploiting appropriate technology, adding value to customers’ business, through ensuring improvement in customers’ work processes, facilitating and supporting customers in their change management process with IT project implementation.
Knowledge of and experience in the consumer electronics retail industry is advantageous Requirement : Degree/Master in Computer Science, Information Technology
