Contact Merchant

Once you found the product you are interested, you may contact the Merchant that sell the product by sending enquiry.

You can send enquiries to Merchant of the product you wanted. Use these steps:

•	Click on the 'Enquiry Now' on the product page.
•	Complete the product Enquiry form and click 'Preview' to view or 'Send Now' to send.

You can also send multiple enquiries if you interested in more than one products from the same Merchant.

•	First you must add the products to your 'Product Basket' by click on the 'Add to Cart'.
•	The product are added to your Product Basket in My eAsia2u.

•

Select the checkbox beside each product or supplier you are interested in.

	When you are ready to make your enquiry, go to 'Enquire Now' and complete the product Enquiry form.
	Complete the product Enquiry form and click 'Preview' to view or 'Send Now' to send.
