• Company admin is the super user who represents the company. He has the rights to access all the features and tools provided to his company.

• Users should not disclose their login ID and their password to anyone. Users will bear the consequences of any violation due to disclosure of password.

Registration of company as Free Member to eAsia2u.com is free of charge. For the Basic, Silver & Gold Member, the pricing is as defined by eAsia2u.com (please contact eAsia2u.com for further details). eAsia2u.com reserves the right to make any changes from time to time for the Fees and Service Charges in order to improve services for members of eAsia2u.com.

• Membership of eAsia2u.com is subject to this Membership Policy, and the other terms and conditions contained on the eAsia2u.com web site. Any failure to comply with the eAsia2u.com Terms and Conditions, any fraud or abuse usage of any of the services provided by eAsia2u.com will cause immediate suspension of your account indefinitely pending investigation.
