• eAsia2u.com currently offers online services such as Company Listing, Product Listing and Buy / Sell Services.

• Any new features that enhance the current eAsia2u.com online services shall be subjected to the Terms and Conditions of eAsia2u.com.

• Availability of these online services to Individual members of eAsia2u.com is predefined by eAsia2u.com.

• Availability of these online services to Company members depends on the agreement between the company and eAsia2u.com portal during the registration of this company in eAsia2u.com.

• eAsia2u.com reserves the right to make future modifications to all online services provided to registered members of eAsia2u.com. eAsia2u.com may add in new online services, make changes to the existing online services or remove existing online services. eAsia2u.com has the right (but not the obligation) for the disclosure of the justification of the accordance action.

Termination of Member's membership by Member is effective upon Member submitting a termination request through the eAsia2u.com web site and Member receiving a message from eAsia2u.com confirming termination. Member understands that, in some cases, Member may still receive messages (which may have been scheduled prior to Member's termination) after termination.

• Should Member object to any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, or any subsequent modifications thereto, or become dissatisfied with eAsia2u.com, Member's only recourse is to immediately discontinue participation in eAsia2u.com and properly terminate his or her membership. (See paragraph above.)

• Member's non-termination or continued use of eAsia2u.com constitutes an affirmative acknowledgement by Member of any modification to the Member Terms of Service Agreement and consent to abide and be bound by any terms thereof. At any time, if Member does not agree with the Member Terms of Service, Member may terminate Member's membership.

• eAsia2u.com reserves the right to modify or discontinue the eAsia2u.com service with or without notice to Member.

• eAsia2u.com shall not be liable to Member or any third party should eAsia2u.com exercise its right to modify or discontinue the eAsia2u.com service.

You acknowledge and agree that the application software ("Software") used in eAsia2u.com network contain proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws.
